To open an account with K9 Game, you must register with accurate and complete information. Compliance with the following rules is mandatory:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The name, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you. K9 Game reserves the right to terminate any account created with false information.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact K9 Game support immediately.
• To update your account information, please submit a request through Profile Settings. KYC verification may be required in certain cases.

The following requirements must be met to use K9 Game:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate on K9 Game. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Identity Verification: KYC verification must be completed after registration or before withdrawing beyond a certain amount. A National ID card or birth registration certificate is required.
• Single Account: No more than one account may be operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit using your own funds. Betting with borrowed money is strictly prohibited.

For safe and convenient payments at K9 Game, we support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day (five lakh BDT), though specific promotions may have different limits.
• The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 5 minutes. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Deposit charges: K9 Game does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from K9 Game:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000. Monthly limit: ৳10,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, if KYC verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, provided it has been verified through KYC.
• If an account is suspected of fraudulent activity or KYC verification is incomplete, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

When betting on k9 game, certain core rules apply across all sports:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. K9 Game is not responsible for any bets voided due to odds fluctuations.
• Maximum bet limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit, which may vary depending on the event and market.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is interrupted due to server or network issues, K9 Game will attempt to restore the bet to its state prior to placement.

K9 Game bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the following general rules before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus has its own turnover requirement. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the turnover condition is met.
• It is generally not possible to have more than one deposit bonus active at the same time.
• Bonus offers are available for a limited time, and K9 Game reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time.
• If misuse of promotional offers is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonuses will be credited to your real balance after the turnover requirement is met, and can then be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on K9 Game. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting KYC verification using fake or someone else's identity documents.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in K9 Game's system or software for personal gain.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other members.

K9 game believes gaming should be a source of fun, not problems. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time. Limits cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting you, you can contact support to temporarily or permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: During extended play sessions, K9 Game will automatically remind you how long you have been playing.

K9 game reserves the right to change, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding any changes:

• A 7-day notice will be given via app notification or email prior to any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
• K9 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time, with or without cause.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, K9 Game's decision shall be final.
